His clients are from several areas of the industry and commerce, such as pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories, insurance and financial institutions, telecommunications companies, architecture and design firms and real estate developers, auto parts, construction and infrastructure companies, and agricultural product marketers.
He has structured financing and guarantee packages for various types of projects, including guarantees from companies with maquilas programs, grain suppliers, national and international financial institutions, among others.
He has also successfully advised sellers, buyers and underwriters in mergers and acquisitions of highly complex stocks and assets.
Cesar is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana, with a masters degree from the New York University School of Law and a diploma from the Georgetown University Law Center.
He was a partner of Ogarrio Daguerre and an associate of Kuri Breña Sánchez Ugarte Corcuera y Aznar and Santamarina y Steta. He collaborated as an international associate at the Los Angeles office of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.
